Little Lanilei Amps This company has a great line of tube practice amps. They're only 8" x 8" x 7" but the quality of the sound is amazing. The one that really piqued my interest was their Rotary Wave Speaker, it's a baby (8" x 8" x 12") Leslie. I've got a bag of interesting foot pedals and processors that I bring with me whenever I'm engineering or producing, one of these are going to end up in my bag of tricks. |

KBR-3D Keyboard Amp The people at Motion Sound have come up with a fairly portable keyboard amp that includes a rotating speaker. At 70 lbs. it's quite a bit more portable than a traditional Leslie cabinet. Motion Sound |
I was very impressed with the bass response of their bass/keyboard combo, they had and electric upright bass plugged in and it really did reach all the way down. |
Acoustic Image Amps These amps really put out an amazing amount of sound considering they only weigh 25 pounds and only stand a foot or so tall. I would like to put these through their paces in an environment a little quieter that the 100 decibel NAMM show floor. Acoustic Image |

Alessandro High-End Guitar Amps These gorgeous amps are as nice on the inside as they are on the outside. These guys make no-holds-barred, price-is-no-object amps. Alessandro Products |
Ultrapure Guitar Transducer System K&K has a new guitar transducer that really sounds nice. I've always had a problem using acoustic guitars with built in pickups, they always seem to make any guitar sound like a cheap Ovation. I was impressed with the openness of the tone and how well it preserved the attack. These guys also have transducers for everything from banjos to saxophones to accordions. |
